How to hide active products?
Do you want to
manage the visibility of products on the store and handle them strategically (e.g. keep active only for Admin manual bookings). Some situations when this can be useful:
- Demo products for specific customers
- Products bookable for internal use
- Products bookable only via packages which in turn are public to customers, while underlying products are not meant to be visible
These are the steps to set up products only active in Admin:
- Create the product on Sharefox
- Turn off option "Display in Shop" (see screenshot below)
- Publish/activate toggle the product

Admin Orders, where you can create a manual order via
Create Order button
