Getting Started with Nets Easy – Onboarding Guide
Setting up Nets Easy for your Sharefox site involves a few simple but important steps. This guide explains the onboarding process and what information you’ll need to provide to get started.

Before you continue with the application
You must have the following set up in your webshop (Nets will look for these on your website):
- At least 1 visible product with a price
- Terms and Conditions with your Company Name and your ORG.NR/VAT NR.
- In Sharefox you can go to "Admin" > "Settings" > "Content" to edit your Terms and Conditions
🔐 Step 1: Activate Your Account
Check your email
Look for an email from Nets containing an activation link.
Click the activation link
This will take you to the Nets Easy portal, where you’ll create your password.
Create a password
This password, along with the email address the link was sent to, will be your login credentials for the Nets Easy admin portal.
📋 Step 2: Complete the Application
Nets requires certain information to comply with regulations around:
- Anti-money laundering (AML)
- Fraud prevention
- Consumer protection
Even if some questions don’t seem relevant to your business, they’re mandatory for the onboarding process.
💼 Company Information
- Search for your company using your organization number.
- Most details will be pre-filled, but you can update them as needed.
🧾 Other Details You May Be Asked For:
- Company ownership structure
- Payment and banking information
- ID or documentation for compliance checks
- Business description and use case for Nets Easy
Under "WEBSHOP"
Webshop URL must be the address of your webshop, i.e. yourshopname.mysharefox.com or the custom domain you are already using for your webshop.
Name of integration partner can be "Sharefox".
