Refund with VISA / Mastercard

In order to make a refund, the customer must have made a purchase with a valid card. The card must also have been saved. If a card has not been used as a payment method, it cannot be refunded in this way.


Note: It is not possible to refund payments made more than 365 days ago.

Step 1

  • Go to the current order and click on "Payments".

Step 2

  • Select ONLINE REFUND, choose the order (or change order) you want to refund, enter the refund description and amount in to the popup window and then click "Confirm".
  • Note that you can only refund up to the amount in that order. If the order total is 1000, but it consists of an initial charge of 500 + a change order of 500, you will have to refund these separately as the refund amount can not be higher than the carged amount.

  • It will take some time for the transaction to come through, so please wait 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Note: If you recently withdrew the card for money, you must wait until the money has been transferred to your account before you can refund it again. This is controlled by your bank.
  • Once the refund is complete you can close the order and possibly release the deposit as usual.
