🔄 Initiated

The process has started.


👤 User created

The user has been created successfully.


🔐 Asset check


✅ Asset checked OK

The lock is available and online.

❌ Asset error CHECK

The lock could not be verified.

Common causes:

  • The lock is not connected to the internet
  • The lock ID is incorrectly configured

👉 Check the setting in inventory, and make sure the lock has internet access.


📤 Assignment request


📤 Assignment request SENT

The request has been sent to the lock provider.

👉 At this stage, the system is waiting for confirmation.


✅ Assignment completed OK

The booking/access has been successfully created.


❌ Assignment error CHECK

The assignment failed.

Common causes:

  • Overlapping bookings on the same phone number
  • The booking end date is in the past

👉 Fix the booking details and try again.


🔄 Assignment update


✅ Assignment update completed OK

The access was updated successfully.

❌ Assignment update error CHECK

The update failed.

Common causes:

  • The access no longer exists (i.e. the original access end date is in the past or access was revoked previously)
  • New time overlaps with existing access, and the lock only supports one active access per phone number (lock dependent — check your lock’s manual)

👉 If the original booking already ended, there is no assignment to update.


🗑️ Assignment delete


📤 Assignment delete request SENT

The delete request has been sent.

✅ Assignment delete completed OK

The booking was successfully deleted.

❌ Assignment delete error CHECK

The delete request failed.

Common causes:

  • The access no longer exists (i.e. it already expired or access was revoked manually)

👉 Stop trying.
