How do I edit the outgoing emails?
Emails that are automatically sent by Sharefox system — such as order receipts, pickup confirmations, return confirmations — cannot be edited.
Only custom notifications (email and SMS) can be modified under Admin → Settings → Notifications.
If you require changes due to legal or contractual obligations, contact support.
How do I send an email/newsletter/notification to all my customers at once?
Sending mass emails, newsletters, or bulk notifications to all customers is not supported in Sharefox. You must use an external email marketing tool such as Mailchimp or similar.
Can I export all customers?
Exporting or downloading a full customer list is not supported in Sharefox.
Can I add effects to buttons in my shop?
You can change the color of buttons in your shop under Admin → Settings → Styling.
The color used for primary buttons is controlled by the “Primary color" setting and cannot be adjusted individually.
Where can I find the API documentation?
The full Sharefox API documentation is automatically generated when we release a new version and can be found here: https://api.mysharefox.com/docs
Can I reset my shop template to the original default version?
Structural adjustments previously made by Sharefox Support on your request can be reset by support.
Content that has been added manually — such as text or images — cannot be automatically restored to the original state. These elements must be edited manually.
There is no full “factory reset” option for the shop template.
How do I change dates in or extend an order?
1. Locate the Order:
- Navigate to the administration page and select "Orders" from the menu on the left.
- Find the specific order you wish to modify.
2. Edit the Order:
- Click on the order and then select the "Pen" button to access editing options.
- Choose the "Change" option to adjust the order dates.
Can I use a custom font in my shop? How do I add a custom font?
Yes. It is possible to have a custom font.
- Upload the font file in Admin → Settings → Media → Custom files.
- Copy the file URL.
- Send the URL to Sharefox Support.
Support will configure the font as your shop’s primary font.
How do I deactivate or block a customer?
Go to "Admin" > "Customers" and find the customer. Open their profile card.
Toggle the green status button (on the right side of their name) to off.

Is it possible to turn a rental product into a sales product?
Changing a rental product into a sales product is not supported.
