How to attach a PDF to booking confirmation emails

It is possible to attach a custom file to the booking confirmations (receipts) you send out. This cannot be enabled directly by merchants in the admin panel – our support team must configure it for you.


  • Create the file you want to use (.pdf)
  • Upload it to "Admin" > "Settings" > "Media" > "Custom files"
  • Email support@sharefox.no with the link (or if you have trouble uploading the file, just send us the file) with your instructions. We can not edit the file for you.

Note: You can only have one file attachment. If you need it to cover different languages you need to put all the language versions in the file.
