The Sharefox Dashboard

The Sharefox dashboard displays reporting charts useful in shop management, such as revenues, orders count, etc.

ORDER LEVEL CHARTS

• Revenue: Both original orders and change orders are included. If an order is extended or modified, that extra revenue is added on top of the original.
• Order count: Works the same way. An original order plus a change order is counted as 2 orders, not 1.
• Reasoning: This approach keeps the reporting simple and historically consistent.

For example:

If a rental extension happens in a later month, the extra revenue shows in that later month. If we didn’t count it as an order, the dashboard might show something odd like 2000 EUR revenue but 0 orders.

So, the system intentionally counts both original and change orders for both revenue and order totals. That way, the numbers always match up between revenue and orders.
