How to set up and edit the FAQ
Each shop has their own FAQ.
Log in to admin, and choose "FAQ" in the side menu
- Choose the language you want to edit
Click "Add" (opens the editor)
Type your TOPIC and your QUESTION
And fill in your ANSWER
- Set entry as "Visible"
- Click "Save"
- Your new entry will show up in the list
- If you have more than one language active you can now edit for the other language(s) by changing language in the top right.
If you place more than one QUESTION and ANSWER under the same TOPIC they will be grouped together in the FAQ
Note: If you have more than one language active you need to use the SAME TOPIC for the SAME QUESTIONS, or the grouping will break.
To see your FAQ, find "Information" in the top menu, then choose FAQ on the left.
(Note: If you changed "Information" to something else you will need to click on that instead)
To edit your QUESTION / ANSWER click on the pencil icon (next to #5 in the first image)
To delete your QUESTION / ANSWER click on the trash can (next to #5 in the first image)
You can use the green slider to turn entries on and off.
