How to ask:

🟢 Good prompts (aka HelpFox-approved)

  • “How do I create a manual order in Sharefox?”
  • “We’re a bike rental company. How do I show pickup times on the product page?”
  • “Can customers use Vipps with Stripe?”
  • “How do I add a custom contract to the order PDF?”
  • “Where do I upload custom images for blog articles?”
  • “Can I test payments in staging with Stripe and NETS?”

🔴 Bad prompts (aka please don’t)

  • “The system is broken.”

    → Great. Which part of “the system”? And what does “broken” mean?

  • “I need help.”

    → Sure. So do we all. Be specific.

  • “How to fix price thingy not showing?”

    → …thingy? Really?

  • “I uploaded something and now it’s weird.”

    → This is not a prompt. This is a vibe. Please try again with actual info.

  • “Where is the button?”

    → Which button? There are like 800 of them. Give me a little more to work with.
