You can manually manage customer access to the Self Service Portal through the Admin panel. Below are step-by-step instructions for both revoking and granting access.


โŒ How to Revoke Access

Follow these steps to remove a userโ€™s access:

  1. Go to Admin > Self service
  2. Search for the Order ID
  3. Scroll all the way to the right
  4. Click the trash icon ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ labeled "Revoke Assignment"

  5. Confirm the action


๐Ÿ”“ How to Grant Access

To manually give a customer access to Self Service:

  1. Go to Admin
  2. Search for the Order ID
  3. Open the order
  4. Adjust rental start/end time if necessary
  5. Click Actions on the far right

  6. Choose Send standard confirmation
  7. Select Give user access to Self Service

  8. Click Send
