๐How to Grant or Revoke Access to Self Service
You can manually manage customer access to the Self Service Portal through the Admin panel. Below are step-by-step instructions for both revoking and granting access.
โ How to Revoke Access
Follow these steps to remove a userโs access:
- Go to Admin > Self service
- Search for the Order ID
- Scroll all the way to the right
Click the trash icon ๐๏ธ labeled "Revoke Assignment"
- Confirm the action
๐ How to Grant Access
To manually give a customer access to Self Service:
- Go to Admin
- Search for the Order ID
- Open the order
- Adjust rental start/end time if necessary
Click Actions on the far right
- Choose Send standard confirmation
Select Give user access to Self Service
- Click Send
