Best image size / ratio for products and articles

Note: For products you can choose between "Standard" and "Modern".

You can change this setting by logging in to admin and going to "Settings">"Template">"Top Products"

Product cards

Standard Cards -> The image will not be cropped to fit the container

Modern Cards -> The image will be cropped to make sure the whole image covers the image container

These will fill the box (see left and right images)

These will fill the box (see the image in the middle).

On hover (mouse over) the image will zoom in about 30 pixels around the image

Note: Use the "Presentation (top)" setting when you upload your image to the article

An image size of 1600 x 650 px will cover the width of the article, but gives a rather clunky 32:13

For articles the width and height of the image on the shop landing page is decided by the number of articles per row.

You can change this setting by logging in to admin and going to "Settings">"Template">"Top Blogs"

With 3 articles a small portion of the sides are cut off, but the image is full height

With 4 articles more of the sides are "cut off", but the image is full height

With only 2 articles in a row the image is showing in full width, but a portion of the top and bottom are cut off
