How to handle order requests

You can also setup the shop for order requests.

Please contact support for configurations and setup.


Once configured, the orders are now coming in as requests. Note, they are still not booked and reserved in inventory. To confirm go into the order, make the required edits, and change the order status to bookings.

NOTE: You still need to have at lest one active unit in the inventory per product for the request to happen, if not the calendar will not allow you to book.


Changing to booked and sending order confirmation


Please note it is not reserved, so to confirm, please update the order status to "booked" and it will also reserve the inventory. You can then send an order confirmation to the customer.
