How to manage an incorrect booking?

What to do when a booking has been made incorrectly and has to be cancelled without being displayed on sales?
With 3 easy steps you can remove incorrect orders so that it does not appear on your sales report

Step 1

  • Click on the order you want to edit

Step 2

  • Click on "actions" at the top right corner
  • Choose change status (advanced)

Step 3

  • Select Manual from the drop-down menu on the left of the pop-up and select Draft on the right side, then click confirm
  • Click on actions one more time, and click on Delete order
