How to delete an incorrect booking?

What to do when a booking has been made incorrectly and has to be deleted without being displayed on sales?

With 3 easy steps you can remove incorrect orders so that it does not appear on your sales report. This is only possible if there are no payments associated with it.

Step 1

  • Click on the order you want to edit

Step 2

  • Click on "actions" at the top right corner
  • Choose change status (advanced)

  • Select Manual from the drop-down menu on the left of the pop-up and select Draft on the right side, then click confirm
  • Go back to the actions menu one more time, and click on Delete order
