B2B customer invoices & other payment methods

You may want to allow your customers to make an online order without paying online at the time of placing the order. Allow them to choose an alternative payment methods such as a Faktura (Invoice). For this, different types of payment method whitelisting are available.

Whitelisting types available

  • By customer type (for private, business or all customers)
  • For specific business customers (by organisational number)
  • Based on product categories added to the order

Whitelisting by customer type or for specific customers

  • The shop manager can enable Payment method whitelisting form Admin → Settings → Others

  • If the "Allow selected Business customers" option is selected: Please enter the organization numbers of all organisations you want to whitelist, separated by comma

  • Allowed payment methods: Will show enabled alternative payment methods (eg. Faktura). If you'd like other payment methods enabled, please contact support@sharefox.no
  • When finished with the changes, you can click  Save as Draft in order to save your work. To activate the new changes live, click the Publish button :)

Whitelisting based on product category

It is possible to whitelist specific methods based on the content of the order, namely by the product categories present in the order. Examples: If an expensive rental product is booked, allow the Invoice method as well. Conversely, if an inexpensive product is booked, require card payments.
