Images: What are the image sizes or ratio for the website?

For the different images on the template, the following sizes apply:

Header - Landing page / Product Category images: Width: 1600 x Height: 800
Header - Products / Blogs pages: Width: 1600 x Height: 600
Mobile Headers - Landing / Products / Blog pages: Width: 800 x Height: 400 (optional / if not provided desktop images will be used)
Landing page - How it works section (x3): Width: 200 x Height: 120

The maximum weight is: 5MB

To change/update the images: Settings > Media

UX tip: If you would like a white text header showing on top of photos, make sure the images are dark enough to show text clearly.

What image ratio should I use for the product sections

It is important to be consistent to give a good impression. Sharefox has two generic image sizes depending on the template chosen.

Choose between Modern and Standard Tiles in the template setup. Settings > Template

For example using Standard / landscape 4:3 is often good to use with cars

Often, if you have skis or personal clothing items you can check Modern tile / portrait 3:4
